Talk it over
You don't have to sort it out alone
Sometimes a reflection stirs something that wants a second voice. I'm Coach Norbert, the Adaptivity Monk, a Christian leadership coach and the founder of Adaptive Soul. I'd be glad to listen.
What a first conversation is like
Forty-five minutes, unhurried. We begin with what you're noticing, not with a plan. There's room for prayer, for honest questions, and for silence. If it would help to keep walking together, we can talk about that. If not, that's fine too.
A first conversation. No cost, no pressure.
Leaders
Carrying decisions, people, and pressure, and wanting to lead from a rooted place.
A heavy season
When something you noticed in a reflection feels too big to hold alone.
Teams
Walking through a guide or series together, with someone to help hold the space.
If what you're carrying is grief, or you're longing for prayerful companionship more than coaching, a counselor or chaplain or a Christian spiritual director may be a gentler fit. Ask, and I'll help you find one.
